As part of the Boscombe Spa Village development, we will be establishing a new take-away cafe in the listed pier entrance building.  This will feature some external seating over looking the beach and surf reef and will open in time for Easter 2009.

We will also be fitting out the central section of the Boscombe Overstrand Building to the east of the pier to accommodate a restaurant over two floors, with plate glass windows overlooking the beach and surf reef.  This will be open in time for the 2009 season.

Tenders for the lease of the commercial operation and fit out of the Overstrand catering and retail units will be issued shortly.  Further details can be obtained by emailing sarah.may@bournemouth.gov.uk

Temporary catering facilities close to the pier will operate for the 2008 season.
